SNES Video problem... Need help/suggestions

I attached a few photos on what my SNES is doing. The character sprites are kinda garbaged with lines going through them. I took pics of NHL94 but it happens to all the games. Carts are cleaned and i dont see anything phyical wrong with the system when i open it.

Anything I could do to fix this?

    Through the RF cable, the AV cables, or both? If it's the RF, try the opposite channel.

    Both... AV and RF... and channel setting doesnt change the issue. Also everything is "official" nintendo stuff. Nintendo PS, RF, and AV cables.

    Ugh. That's all I got; maybe somebody has a bare console on the cheap?

    Boo... yea i just bought another on ebay but thought i put it out here to see if i can salvage this.

    Anyone think that NES boiling trick will work for this issue?

    Nope didnt fix it... SNES from my experience is a terrible solid state cartridge type system. Never had an atari / nes / N64 / genesis / master system ... etc other cartridge system take a dump like a SNES. This is my third SNES that took a dump. 2 Minis and this one. From this and their terrible plastics that yellows... glad nintendo learned from the SNES and newer stuff are more reliable.

    dont get me wrong.. its a love / hate relationship with me.. im always going back and buying another...
