I have an NES game that I was able to remove two screws and the last screw is stripped. Its rusted and it wont turn at all. I dont want to break the plastic case. Any ideas?
They are definitely to small to drill and easy out...I would have to go with the above suggestion. There is nothing that the screw has rusted to since everything is plastic...so it sounds like the threads in the female end are shot...
Just some pressure and twist out like normal should do the trick...
I know this trick usually works for security screws (the ones in 3 screw variants), but would the "Bic pen trick" work for striped screws too? I guess it depends on how badly stripped it is, plus the fact it might only be a one time use.

What's the "Bic pen trick"; heat up the end cap and fit it to the screw?

Yep.
