SNES EARTHBOUND
Hi,
It's this title rare? I'm asking this because the other day I saw one copy for $5 bucks (local store) with label damage
I did check ebay and it's selling for 25+++ loose

I've found many of my R1 carts go for more than the R5/R6's for the system. Most that aren't popular licenses or high-profile "known" rarities go for less than either Super Mario All-Stars, Kart, Dr. Mario/Tetris, etc. etc. etc. All million sellers but just 'must-haves' that people bid up, and game stores restock from eBay (they really keep the prices high since they can get as much as $35-$40 for a loose used SNES Nintendo-produced game, and are always willing to go up to $20 shipped on any quantity of them).
I think complete this is a bit more hard to find, as it was bundled in a larger package with a strategy guide. I guess this was before they figured out they could make 150% more money just selling the paper separately
Not rare, just a lot of people want it (just like Chrono Trigger). I'd go back and see if you can pick it up still for $5. It's worth at least $25 even with label damage.
I'm going to pick it up this weekend.. thanks for the advise. Sadly the one that I was looking for (Dracula X $5) was pick it up already. those 2 games have been laying around that store for months so I'm not to worried.
Hounder where I can get labels for SNES games?

Usually you can ask around and find someone that knows how to make labels [IMG][/IMG] I know a guy that is going to make mine. I don't think they are all that hard to do though but don't take my word on that.
Labels aren't hard to make at all. Take a scan of the same game in good condition, and print it out on glossy sticker paper. You might need to make 2 scans -- 1 for the top label, and 1 for the end label, and then photoshop them together.
The only hard part is cutting them out. You need one of those "straight arm" cutters to do it. I've never been able to make a perfect cut with normal scissors. Then for the rounded edges just get scissors and do the best you can.
