Not many A+ titles though. Mostly just kids crap..

As far as I could tell, there were 92 games released at retail in 2011. Angler's Club: Ultimate Bass Fishing 3D got a European release I think, but can't be found in the U.S. as far as I know.
There are some cover variations if you care. WWE All Stars seems to have gotten a limited lenticular cover (it seems some copies don't have the cover). Jaws Ultimate Predator, Super Street Fighter IV, PES 2011 and Cave Story 3D also have similar covers - whether they'll be (or are) limited I'm not entirely sure. Frogger 3D's big box release also seems to have had a limited run. In Canada most (if not all) the Nintendo produced games have an "Available in French and English Language tab" on the covers. Interesting to note that while the box codes on these versions switch out USA for CAN, the cart codes are the same USA ones.

I'm almost 100% sure it's the same. The box code may or may not be different on these though, I'm kinda anxious to check this out but I do not own either Frogger big box or WWE All Stars lenticular. As far as I know those are the only two that have changed boxes since. (Cave Story 3D and PES 2011 haven't had an non-lenticular release to my knowledge, and Jaws: Ultimate Predator hasn't been out long enough). My guess is Frogger big box is like Skylanders - the box inside is the traditional box code and WWE All Stars is the same box code too, just with a lenticular card glued on.
But nothing to my knowledge affects the cart code. It's the same game being made.
I assume that Cave Story and PES 2011 will eventually come without the special cover.
Possibly - no guarantee. Cave Story 3D has the same slip-cover lenticular box that Street Fighter IV has, so it may be released that way indefinitely. PES 2012 is just a glued on card (like Jaws and WWE), but I've yet to see a box without it. I'll keep my eyes open on it.

The box code is the traditional CTR-P-AFRE-USA with an additional code of 24190-BOX. So no difference to the regular codes

Any word on the lenticular covers; any 'normal' release on these?
It seems Jaws Ultimate Predator and WWE All Stars included "lenticular card" covers for a very limited time. No box or cart codes were affected, but this is a definite cover variation.
Frogger 3D's big box bundle also appears to be limited - since the regular box release is making its rounds now. I did get a copy from Gamestop and they still had three boxes left - all with street date stickers on them though, which makes me think they were still part of an original shipment.
I've now seen Super Street Fighter IV without the lenticular "slip case", so I assume that version has a limited run (though not as limited as Jaws/WWE). I have yet to see Cave Story 3D without this similar "slip case", but that game is much harder to come by in stores, so I'm not sure if a regular version exists. Finally PES 2012 lenticular card cover seems to be the only way the game has been released...
I'm not 100% sure there may not have been more games with a special lenticular cover. If there is, definitely let us know!
