A Couple New Publishers for Database

Both Namco Bandai & Temco Koei need to be added to the database.

    PM Dain and he should be able to help you with that. He's the only one who can add to the database lists of publishers

    I've actually tried to simplify publishers a bit. When there are dual publisher names (like these), I try to stick with one or the other for simplicity in searching. People typically do not think of games as being published by two companies, even if they're now the same company. If the game is an RPG-style or RTS-style game, go with KOEI; if it's more action-oriented or sports, go with Tecmo. I know that doesn't sound precise, but I'm less about precision as I am about being able to find what you're looking for.

    I noticed that you have separate entries for Square - SquareSoft - Square Enix - Enix: I assumed that you wanted all of the publishers.
