Another

I've been trying to contact the seller puffaluffagus regarding a game that I had paid for, but wasn't in the bundle.  He was responsive and seemed nice prior to winning, but after the package got here on April 24, the game was missing and I have written several messages since with no response.  I had also sent back a game for exchange, so that's two he owes me.

I took a more firm step today and wrote a "more impatient" letter asking what the hell is going on.  I think if I don't hear anything by Monday, I'm gonna file an ebay complaint.

The games aren't rare ones (they're City Connection and Dino Riki), but still...  That's $5.98 I could've spent elsewhere and I probably could've had those games from someone else by now.

Needless to say, no more shopping with him.  Anyone else have problems like this?

  • I have had at least 10+ transaction with him without problems. Are you sending the messages through ebay or through regular email. His spam filter might be getting them or something.

  • Ebay messages.  And I doubt a filter would be doing anything because contact was constant until I reported the game not there.

    I guess I'll try one regular mail.  I HOPE that's the problem and not outright disregard.

  • Well, no response...  I'm gonna give him till midnight.  Otherwise, I'm filing a complaint which will hopefully get me my money back or punish him in some way.
  • Well...  I filed a claim and still nothing.  For a person selling that much stuff on eBay, it would be unlikely that messages wouldn't be checked regularly.  What should I do?  Should I just leave him 10 negatives even though I got 8 games?

    I've checked my spam filters and everything.
