Add Private Topics to Category Subscriptions?

Just wondering if it's possible to add "Private Topics" as a category to the Category Subscription list in Forums Settings.

    I think it complicates things since the topic always looks like there are new posts even when your own private threads haven't been updated. But what do I know Sometimes I wonder why I even bother typing.
