Hong Kong Version, Asian Version...

How rare are these titles? How widespread was their release? I know a few guys collect them, are they a valuable thing to have? I've got Hong Kong versions of Super Mario Bros, Donkey Kong both CIB and a cart only Donkey Kong. In asian version I've got Tetris...

    They don't show up to often on ebay, but they usually slip through the radar of most people. I have several of the Hong Kong, a few Asians, and 1 from Korea.

    Like NGD said, they usually slip under the radar, but they're becoming more collectable all the time. Prices have started to go up on these in the last year. I have a pretty nice Hong Kong collection and several Asian versions as well. I've only got 4 Korean versions, but I think that's the record so far!



    I'd be interested in your CIB Donkey Kong if you're wanting trade or sell it -- I've got lots to trade.
