True. I actually did just buy a repro recently, but there's still something special about being able to play a real cart that was actually used in the competition.

IMO a collector is someone that buys games without the intention of ever actually playing them. On the flip side, I consider a gamer as someone who buys games with the intention of playing them no matter what.
Ah, gotcha. Now you need to get a pad so you can play some Stadium Events. But yeah, that's really cool that you own those competition carts. They are an awesome part of video game and Nintendo history and you own the actual carts that were used in the competitions. So, it's like you own a piece of video game and Nintendo history.
