Should I sell C.I.B. or separate? FF2,FF3,SUPER METROID...

Please HELP guys...So I got a few SNES games from a collector that was losing his house complete in box like Final Fantasy 2,Final Fantasy 3,Super Mario RPG,Yoshis Island,Super Castlevania 4,Super Metroid,DKC 2 and also Final Fantasy 1,Ocarina n Majora n Mega Man 2 and 3.The condition of the boxes is about a 8.5 outta 10 with exception of the Megas.The problem is I sold all the games already except both Zeldas the Megas and Castlevania and Yoshis Island.I paid 150$ for everything including a SNES Super Action set box and Nintendo power 1-35 (that I already traded to my friend) I still have strategy guides for Ocarina,Majora,Final Fantasy 1 and 3,Link to the Past,Mario RPG and Mario 3 and some other Nintendo Power stuff...I was wondering if I should put these up for auction on E-Bay just the boxes and or strategy guides or re-buy the games and sell them complete? I have never even sold on E-Bay before,I always have sold on Craigslist-I do fairly well, (I sold both Final Fantasys for 40$ each) Please give me your expertise NintendoAge..Thank You..I really appreciate it!!!....Oh and I am new to this site and I think it's the shit!!!

    I have done well selling the boxes separate from the games. Sometimes if I have a game CIB I will sell the manual, box, and game in separate auctions. It really depends on the game. I would definitely not recommend buying the games, that would be a waste.

    RetroSauce....Yeah your right..I guess I'm gonna just put em on E-Bay solo with no cart..I wanted to keep them at first..all of them..but I need money right now and can only support my cart only collection. Eventually when I am ballin outta control I will get everything I want FACTORY SEALED and dive into my collection like Scrooge Mcduck and do backsrokes in a massive pit of carts and boxes like a tycoon LoL..Good lookin on the advice RetroSauce

    Many gamers, myself included, have been making the transition from cart only to CIB.

    You should make a FS thread and list them here, skip the Ebay fees. I'm sure you would find interest (you will do better if you do the legwork and list prices you would be happy with vs requesting offers). I could go for a FF1 box upgrade myself.

    You shouldn't resell because reselling is evil. You should give them away to people who "need" them.





    I kid, I kid.    Awesome lot and definitely sell them here!  NA is an incredible community, the transactions are smooth, and  you skip all the ebay garbage.  Good luck man!

    Yo Thanks WRK and B.A. for the advice!!..maybe I will put them for sell on here..I will probably end up trading for carts because I know a lot of you guys got a gang of NES stuff..I only have about 200 NES carts and 50 are dupes of Zeldas,Marios,Metroids ETC..Good Lookin out..I think I'm gonna take some more pics of the boxes,manuals maps and inserts and post it later tonight-Peace

    Good call. I almost exclusively buy games here now. The occasional Craigslist deal helps round out my purchases. I rarely buy stuff on Ebay anymore (mainly because I know the regular folks here are trustworthy and know their stuff).

    Yeah man, I have to agree with all above. Sell those boxes separately here - and then put the carts up on eBay for the going prices, I think you'll do really well.
