Negitive Feedback on ebay

I just bought a cib game that was listed as like new but was damaged along the top just outside of the picture. Contaced seller and said will not do anything. Yes, lesson learned, but if I leave negitive feedback first, can they then leave me negitive feedback for as you gussed it, they have not left feedback yet.

Sellers can not leave negative feedback for buyers, it has been that way for a while.
