Dude, I forgot all about Pilot Wings. That game is bad ass, and so isn't Mystical Ninja. The rest you mentioned are great as well.

RPG Wise - FF2 and 3 (well, 4 and 6), Lufia 2, Paladins Quest (some may disagree with me on this), Act Raiser 2, Soul Blazer, and Breath of Fire series are definitely worth looking into.

Classics: Zelda ALTTP, Super Mario World, Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana, Super Metroid, Super Castlevania 4

I was just listing some bargain games Super Metroid, Final Fantasy 3 and Chrono Trigger are always at the top of any SNES list.

Ys III: The Wanderer's From Ys is really fun. It's not the greatest, but it's a lot of fun if you like Zelda II, The Battle of Olympus, etc.

I must be the only one who liked Super Off Road: The Baja. I love running down the guys on ATVs. Another off radar game was Lester the Unlikely. It pissed me off at first, but I really quite enjoyed it after getting the mechanics down.

Well everybody already mentioned all the classics for the snes so I'll throw my vote for Demon's Crest. Excellent game that I only recently discovered and was shocked at how good it was. Can't believe I overlooked that one for so long. Another little gem is On the Ball. Basically you tilt and spin various environments to control a marble. More fun than it sounds and very well done.

Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest. This game is relatively easier (and shorter) compared to the other two Final Fantasy games on the SNES, but it also has some kick ass music. And it's very very cheap to buy! Can't go wrong!

I also want to drop another vote for Lufia 2. I'm in the middle of playing it right now, and wow. I'm really impressed with it. Definitely one of the top rpgs for the snes.
