This is an extra I have and includes the case with artwork, instruction booklet and cartridge. The exterior of the case shows some scuffing but fully intact, the game is tested and works perfectly. I am looking for $13 paypal but only shipping to a CONFIRMED USA address. I would also consider a trade for a DS game in the same condition. Let me know what you have, thanks for looking!
