Trying to recall a SNES title

in Help Wanted!
Hey guys, I rented this game back in the day on the SNES where you control a 'top' you would have to go from a starting point to finish point to progress to the next stage, I remember there being sorta dull colors (a lot of teal and green used.) I have sreached for this game for YEARS and have found no information on it. The only thin I think I can even compare it to is 'marble madness' and I know that is NOT what I played. It was around 94'-96' when I played this and if it helps I rented it from a video rental place inside one of the first wal-mart supercenters in my area.

    I will def stick around I'm mostly interested in collecting SNES & Gameboy Rpgs & puzzle games.

    Likewise, I picked it up as a CIB just because it seemed like such an obscure title.  I like collecting the ones that aren't mainstream.
