Greetings you fellow Nintendo nerds

Greetings you fellow Nintendo nerds,

I'm one of those from the generation who grew up playing NES games in the late 80s early 90s. Most weekends I would go to the local dairy to rent a game for the weekend and be obsessed until I beat it. I still remember when my dad bought my first game, a brand new Rad Racer. Rad!

Few months ago I was browsing randomly on YouTube and ended up on a video showing a collection of sealed NES games. What? It never came to my mind that one could still find sealed NES games. That was enough to make me think about how great it would be to own sealed copies of my favorite games as a kid.

Slowly I started to buy games I really wanted and after a while you just realize you want ALL of them, quite an expensive obsession!

So here I am today on this forum to hopefully find other Nintendo nerds keen to sell/trade sealed games. You are most welcome to contact me if you have any sealed NES games in near mint/mint condition you wish to sell.

Cheers

Mathieu

Yup that's right, I grew up in a very small village out of no where and the only exciting place around for a kid was the dairy where we could buy hockey cards, candies and rent games. Well they only had NES games, it was exactly $3.25 per game for 2 days and when you're 10 years old $3.25 is a big deal.

Together with my brother early on Saturday mornings we picked a game that looked cool by the artwork on the box and we had 2 days to beat it. Megaman, Mike Tyson Punch Out, Ghost and Goblins... Fun!

I used to rent games from a store called "Pharmor" for .69 for 5 days.... it was freakin great.
